To find your perfect fit, wrap a soft measuring tape around your head about one inch above your eyebrows. Most Wallaroo hats also feature an internal drawstring that allows you to adjust the fit for maximum comfort.
Are Wallaroo hats UPF rated for sun protection?
Yes, many of our hats are rated UPF 50+, which blocks 97.5% of the sun's ultraviolet rays. Please check the specific product description to confirm the UPF rating of your chosen style.
Can I pack my hat in a suitcase for travel?
Absolutely. We offer a wide selection of 'packable' hats designed to be folded or rolled. We recommend stuffing the crown with soft clothing to help maintain the shape during transit.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hat. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
How should I clean and care for my hat?
Most of our hats should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. We do not recommend machine washing or dry cleaning, as this can damage the fibers and affect the sun protection rating.
